I trained and worked as a respiratory therapist in Taiwan, most of it inside hospitals where the software was part of the job, not just a tool for it. At Taipei City Hospital I helped improve the accessibility of a healthcare application for older adults and visually impaired patients — changes we validated with A/B testing and user feedback, and adoption rose by half.

Alongside that I worked as a freelance medical editor, turning research and clinical input from physicians and researchers into documentation other people could actually use.

In 2022 I started formal UX/UI training with CareerFoundry, finishing a UI specialization in January 2024. I'm currently in technical support at OGS Europe in the Netherlands, and building this portfolio alongside it.
